KG, we are looking for a Project Developer (m/f/d), Senior - Wind Energy, Renewable Energy for our locations in Edemissen near Peine as soon as possible (full-time 40 hours).

In this position, you will accompany our wind energy projects from the initial idea to approval


Your tasks include:

• Development of wind energy projects, including:
• Acquisition of new wind farm sites (optional)
• Site selection and feasibility checks
• Negotiations with landowners
• Independent advancement of projects
• Development of planning rights
• Continuous feasibility checks
• Contact person for landowners, municipalities, partners, authorities, etc.
• Management and review of external expert opinions
• Accompaniment of zoning procedures
• Preparation and accompaniment of approval procedures according to BImSchG
• Documentation of project status
• Close cooperation with internal teams during implementation phase

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Several years of professional experience in wind energy project development
• Indepth knowledge of the economic and legal framework for wind energy, especially in the area of planning law (B
