This position will have the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to complete a telework agreement. The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.

Capital Programs Coordinator
position will provide professional planning and coordination of the program development process for MnDOT including leading the development and administration of key legislative programs and reports.

Here are the minimum qualifications:
Three years of advanced professional transportation planning experience that demonstrates the following:
Experiencing applying planning principles, methods, and techniques.
Experience leading planning programs, projects, or processes.
Experience leading internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Experience directing the work of multidisciplinary teams.
A Bachelor's/master's degree in planning, policy, geography, urban studies, sociology, political science, or a closely related field may substitute for 6 months of advanced professional transportation planning experience.
