A day in the life of a Member Solutions Advocate
Working out of our Rockland headquarters, our Member Solutions Advocates assist our members via telephone with a variety of needs.
At RFCU we pride ourselves in setting you up for success with on-the-job training and an introductory period for plenty of feedback and coaching.
Skills & Requirements
The Member Solutions Advocate position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with members and staff at all levels within the organization.
Work Schedule and Benefits
As a Member Solutions Advocate, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule that includes extended hours on Thursday and Friday, and a short schedule every other Saturday.
That means every other week you will have a weekday off (we support work-life balance) The Member Solutions Advocate is also remote work classified as hybrid and has the potential to be hybrid once the introductory period and training are complete.
