    We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team at our Madison, Wisconsin office.

    In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the positive and professional relationships Semex has built with our customers, breeders, distributors, and partners.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for providing significant data support to several departments. Managing reports and invoicing.

    Provides support in the product development areas of the Holstein SET program, the Jersey internal program, and the NAAB cross reference program.

    Responsible for providing information to breed associations and auxiliary organizations.
    Provides support to the Fertility First initiative as well as carrying out priority tasks with each National Genetic Evaluation.


    Qualifications:
    Agriculture industry experience preferred.2-5 years of customer service experience.
    Strong MS Office skills, particularly with Excel.
    Has the ability to multi-task and manage multiple daily deadlines. With a focus on prioritizing and organizing tasks.
    Attention to detail.
    Excellent problem-solving skills.
    Self-motivated initiative, strong work ethic and a desire to acquire new technical skills.
    Proficient in written and oral communicationAbility to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
