Compensation Structure:

Base Salary:$40,000 - $75,000 (based on experience). If starting at a base higher than $40,000 the base salary will diminish over time (as commissions increase) until at $40,000.

Commissions:$25,000 - $50,000 (estimated commission range for year one). Based on past performance, we expect commissions to grow at a rate between 25% - 50% per year. Commissions have no cap and are earned on router sales and monthly recurring data revenue.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team at WTIwireless.
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by servicing and expanding existing accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively servicing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Service and grow existing accounts within the assigned territory through regular communication and relationshipbuilding activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within the company's CRM system (Zoho) for tracking client interactions and sales progress.
- Set up and onboard new accounts within the assigned territory, guiding clients through the onboarding process and facilitating their first order.
- Represent WTIwireless at various trade shows across the country, engaging with potential clients and promoting our products/services. (Approximately 56 trade shows per year)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wireless industry (2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and other businessrelated activities as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM platform is a plus
We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

$65, $125,000.00 per year
