Alumni Coordinator - Galloway, United States - Boca Recovery Center
Description
Intake Oversight:
- Verify and update patient contact information and emergency contacts as necessary.
- Address any discrepancies or missing information promptly and notify the Director of Operations for corrective action if recurring errors are identified.
Alumni Program Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance alumni engagement and participation.
- Conduct one weekly alumni group with a Master Level licensed therapist present, focusing on relevant recovery and relapse prevention topics.
- Coordinate one (H&I) commitment per week after clinical hours. Alumni Coordinator must be present.
- Foster relationships with alumni by providing ongoing support, encouragement, and resources during and after treatment.
Relationship Building:
- Establish professional relationships with current patients to facilitate seamless transitions into the alumni program upon discharge.
- Serve as a liaison between alumni and the treatment center, addressing any concerns or needs promptly and effectively.
Reviews and Feedback:
- Encourage alumni and family to leave reviews on the facility's Google Business profile to enhance its online reputation and visibility.
- Obtain a minimum of five reviews per week from alumni or family to showcase the effectiveness of our programs and services.
Aftercare Support and Compliance:
- Utilize the alumni dashboard in Salesforce to track and manage followup tasks and aftercare activities.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission aftercare standards by maintaining regular contact with alumni for at least oneyear postdischarge.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide ongoing support and resources to alumni as they navigate life after treatment.
