We are seeking an outgoing and experienced sales and customer service representative to join our team. We are a high energy team working with corporate and retail customers. We specialize in personalizing custom orders.

Hours DO NOT extend past 6:00pm

Weekends Off

The following job duties fall under the Customer Service Department

• Assisting customers with sales
• Answering the phones
• Processing customer orders
• Scheduling orders
• Assisting customers with quotes
• Assisting customers with apparel selection
• Maintaining a clean front desk/sales floor
• Assisting customers with payments
• Pricing and Merchandising
• Assisting customers with pick ups
• Miscellaneous
• Attention to Detail
• Assist management with additional support where needed in order to ensure an effective work environment

Highly organized, able to coordinate multiple tasks, demonstrated excellent customer service, thinking systematically and outside the box.

Some computer skills.

Ability to multi-task, collaborative, willing, and proactive - Fun creative thinker and solution seeker, fast learner, effective in a fast paced working environment.

To assist all customers with their personalization needs in order to ensure complete 100% customer satisfaction.

Ensure every customer leaves the location completely satisfied with their personalized purchase by properly taking their order and ensuring all aspects of the order are complete in order to ensure back of house operation is flawless.

Salary:
$18.00 /hour
