Facility Manager (m/f/d)
full-time to support our team at Rancho Mesa Verde.

Your responsibilities:

  • are responsible for material supply and handle complaints
  • plan, lead and manage the cleaning staff and train new employees
  • conduct job interviews and make staffing proposals
  • monitor and record absences of cleaning staff based on schedules
  • oversee the cleaning processes and regularly conduct quality control

Your qualifications:

  • Preferably have experience in cleaning and/or facility management
  • Experience in leading employees
  • High organizational and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a high level of social competence
  • Valid driver's license
