This job ad is for the position of Industrial Mechanic at Remsen.

As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining technical systems, upgrading machines and systems, and performing maintenance and inspections to ensure their proper functioning.

All work will be carried out in accordance with the company's quality management systems and documented accordingly.


The training program will last for 3 years, with attendance at the Berufskolleg für Technik (BKT) in Lüdenscheid one to two times per week.

There, you will receive instruction in areas such as production, assembly, maintenance, automation, operational and business processes, as well as German and English.

The remaining days will be spent gaining practical experience in the training workshop during the first year, and then in various departments and courses.


This training is ideal for individuals who are interested in technical and industrial processes, and are able to work independently as well as in a team.

Attention to detail, a strong desire to learn, and qualities such as dedication, resilience, and creativity are essential for keeping processes running smoothly.

A good level of education is also required.


During your training, you will have the opportunity to learn about countless products and processes from various departments within our business areas.

This includes the training workshop, machine fitting, and various service departments in the production areas.

You will also have the chance to deepen your knowledge and skills through our internal company school and numerous apprentice seminars.
