The district administration of Hochtaunuskreis is a public law corporation that, with its approximately 900 employees, takes care of the concerns of 13 cities and municipalities and their citizens at the local level.

The tasks of the district administration are divided into the main topics of central services, facility management, district infrastructure, social affairs, construction and environment, as well as the municipal job center.

The district committee of Hochtaunuskreis is currently seeking a full-time personnel controller (m/f/d) for the personnel service department, starting as soon as possible.


Key tasks include:
Establishing a professional and efficient personnel controlling system Independently developing and preparing informative reports to support resource and management decisions at the executive level Analyzing relevant key figures and deriving recommendations for strategic and operational personnel work Developing and managing the budget planning and allocation of allocated budget resources Responding to internal and external statistical inquiries Actively shaping and optimizing personnel processes Designing an internal control system for personnel We expect: A degree in economics or qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service, or a completed training as a public administration specialist (m/f/d) and professional experience in personnel management Professional experience in controlling, preferably in personnel controlling Interest and understanding of systems and systematic relationships Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills to interpret complex data Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially MS Excel) and experience
