• Coordinate event menus
• Create, organize, and manage event BEO
• Setup and detail events like business breakfasts, lunches, cocktail parties, etc.
• Ensure proper communication between front of house and back of house during service during events
• Participate in service as needed
• Communicate directly with client regarding events

• Minimum 2 year experience in a qualified venue
• A passion for hospitality, food and beverage and the guest experience
• Strong organizational & creative problemsolving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere
