- Strong product intuition on platform development, building for enterprise customers, and marketplace dynamics.
- Bonus points for: experiences working on recruiting/ATS platforms, multi-sided marketplaces, or AI feature development that reliably leverages user generated content.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills and the ability to ask detailed, insightful questions to ensure accuracy and quality in our product.
- A strong passion for building, thoughtfulness, and a deep focus on real-world user value.
- Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap with West Coast US working hours (8 AM to 2 PM PT).
- Direct support from the Principal Product Manager.
