    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all project management aspects, from supporting pursuits to client management, project scope development, scheduling, change management, coordination, leadership, financial management, quality control, and delivery.
    • Cultivate strong client relationships, possess operational insight for project execution, and ensure project goals are consistently met.
    • Lead various design projects independently, from master plans to detailed designs, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
    • Take charge of technical duties such as design analyses, infrastructure design, and permitting, demonstrating expertise in water/wastewater projects support.
    • Lead and support design projects, offering project planning, technical specification development, and quality control reviews.
    • Assume roles like Project Manager, Engineer-of-Record, Quality Control Reviewer, and Technical Advisor.
    • Establish yourself as a respected leader with substantial technical experience in water/wastewater projects support.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with relevant experience.
    • P.E. licensure required; M.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred but not mandatory.
    • 10-15 years of P.E. experience in municipal water and wastewater planning and design.
    • Demonstrated ability in report preparation, design plans, and specifications, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong background in designing water/wastewater systems, pipelines, treatment plants, and control measures; experience in stormwater systems a plus.
    • Proven track record in project planning, issue resolution, client meetings, and technical report completion.
