Immediate openings Do you have a great phone voice and enjoy talking to people on the phone? Are you comfortable texting and working with cutting edge tech? Would you like to work for a fun, competitive, and growing company? If so, this may be the perfect position for you We are currently looking to add 1 more representative to our call center here in West Springfield.
Must be able towork evenings and Saturdays.
Job duties include:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Work with the newest technology platforms and Chatgpt
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
- We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
