With your dual master's degree, you can achieve both: During your two-year integrated master's program, you will be placed in companies or organizations and carry out one or more beneficial projects for them.

In addition to managing your regular workday, you will have the opportunity to shape both your professional and personal development through your own projects.

What can you expect?

Assisting with development tasks and various projects
Supporting critical suppliers to ensure prototype delivery
Providing process advice to suppliers and developing shortterm solutions
Longterm planning of processes to secure future developments
Developing a sustainable early warning system for OEMs
Working at various locations, especially in southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What should you bring?

Completed degree in business engineering, engineering, business administration, or similar
Firsthand experience in development: production and quality management for independent support
Firsthand experience in strategy implementation topics, such as organization, supplier management, sustainability, process optimization
Firsthand experience in lean management, project management, and method skills (e.g. 6 Sigma) desirable
Commitment, teamwork, quick understanding, and willingness to explore new things
High willingness to learn, flexibility, and willingness to travel
Excellent German language skills
