What can you expect?

• You will develop complex tool concepts, taking into account production-related, cost-specific and deadline requirements
• You will identify quality improvement measures (KVP) and implement them
• You will design injection molding tools, fixtures and equipment
• You will create documentation and take over master data maintenance
• You will perform filling simulations (Mold-Flow-Autodesk)
• You will create 2D drawings and production documents
• You will coordinate with technical departments
• You will further develop tool technologies
• You will create feasibility analyses and FMEAs
• You will communicate with customers and suppliers

What should you bring?

• You have successfully completed studies in the field of plastics engineering, precision engineering or mechanical engineering
• You have experience in the development and design of injection molding tools
• You have sound knowledge of plastics engineering (injection molding, tool technology, material knowledge)
• You are proficient in 3D CAD systems and ideally with "Creo (Parametric)"
• You have strong organizational, methodological and social skills
• You have good written and spoken English skills
