- Prepare and verify the automation equipment account of each factory;
- Responsible for regularly inspecting hardware, software maintenance, assist in solving key issues and technical obstacles relate to equipment sudden break down by program issue.
- Fixes program and control system related equipment in sudden breakdown;
- Prepares transformations & upgrades plan, including implementation
- Debugs through for all related product affected by the transformation/upgrade.
- Organizes the preparation of production technology management systems, preparing or revising technical operation specifications, and strictly implements, supervises, inspects and corrects the system and specification.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Chinese (Mandarin) Fluency Required
- College STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Majors
- Familiar with the selection and debugging of universal electric components
- Brand/non-brand PLC programming, touch screen programming, experienced in motion control programming
- Application knowledge of Servo, stepping and frequency conversion
- Familiar wit Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, AB,KUKA robot and order programming systems
- Proficient in KUKA robotic system configuration and robot electric ports including robot programming command and advanced programming
- Familiar with the application of computer office software, particularly control programming software
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
