As a system supplier for renewable energies, ENERCON offers a comprehensive range of products and services in addition to wind turbines. The ENERCON service is responsible for maintenance, repair, and ensuring the long-term technical availability of our wind turbines. With over 40 locations worldwide, we ensure optimal service quality. The department's responsibilities include providing high-quality support to our operational service regions, as well as identifying potential for improvement in direct collaboration with development, production, and planning, and standardizing new technical specifications.

Your Tasks:

Processing of technical service inquiries in the 3rd level of a three-level service desk system for internal and field service
Creation of technical documentation in cooperation with technical writers
Definition of work content for maintenance and commissioning of wind turbines
Accompaniment of new software and hardware introductions
Analysis and evaluation of maintenance data
Implementation and optimization of processes for maintenance concepts
Determination of spare parts lists for the electrical department

Your Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or alternatively a relevant training with further education as a technician
First professional experience required
Good German and English skills
Proficient in MS
