Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and grow the existing customer network.
Identify and secure new clients and market opportunities.
Engineer and customize hydraulic and electrical system solutions for client requirements.
Uphold advanced knowledge of our product offerings and client systems functionality.
Frequent travel requirements (up to 50% with some overnight stays).
Collaborate effectively with Berendsen's support team.
Engage in project and time management tasks.
Conduct system startups and troubleshooting.
Assist in designing hydraulic and electrical schematics with Berendsen engineering support.
Forge and maintain robust customer relationships.
Generate and submit regular customer reports.
Provide system pricing in alignment with Berendsen's guidelines.
Operate and maintain a home office setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or other technical field, or
Over 10 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
A valid driver's license with a clean record.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on results.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while also remaining productive during slowerpaced times.

Preferred Technical Proficiencies

Indepth experience in fluid power, CFPHS certification is a plus.
Proficiency in electrical controls and power electronics.
Familiarity with AutoCad LT, CAD software, and schematic design tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
