Your areas of responsibility:

  • As a practice instructor, you are responsible for organizing and ensuring nursing training.
  • You plan, coordinate, evaluate and document the training process of trainees according to their level of training.
  • You are thus primarily responsible for ensuring good nursing training in our facility.
  • Accompanying nursing staff through coaching sessions.

What you bring:

  • Training as a nursing professional.
  • Completed further training as a practice instructor.
  • Knowledge of the content of the generalist nursing training.
  • Self-confidence and assertiveness.
  • Ability to explain complex processes in an understandable way.
  • Enjoyment of open communication in a team.
  • The respectful treatment of trainees
