We are currently looking for a
Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team.

What to expect:

Correspondence with customers and suppliers
Organizing and coordinating appointments
Updating internal databases with order data (dates, suppliers, quantities, discounts)
Maintaining updated records of invoices and contracts
Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchasing needs
Researching potential suppliers
Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
