Requirements:

  • Live within 15 miles of the business location Boca Raton, FL 33487

Responsibilities and Duties

Budget 2024 (Budget Plan):


  • Develop and implement the annual budget for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs, review historical data, and forecast future expenses and revenue streams.

Cash Flow Analysis and Forecasting (Planning):

  • Conduct regular cash flow analysis to monitor liquidity and ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
  • Prepare shortterm and longterm cash flow forecasts to support strategic decisionmaking and identify potential cash flow gaps or surpluses.

Expense Reduction Plan:


  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the organization.
  • Develop and implement expense reduction initiatives, working closely with department heads to streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary expenses.

Audit and Inventory Process:


  • Oversee the audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Coordinate inventory management activities, including regular stock counts, reconciliations, and adjustments.

Financial Statement Reporting:


  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.

Margin Reporting:


  • Analyze profit margins for products, services, and business units to assess profitability and inform pricing decisions.
  • Prepare margin reports highlighting key performance indicators and trends, and provide recommendations for margin optimization.

Financial Planning and Analysis:


  • Lead financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop financial forecasts and models that align with business objectives.

Risk Management:


  • Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including interest rate risk, currency risk, and credit risk.
  • Implement risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's financial assets.

Investment Management:


  • Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to optimize returns while managing risk.
  • Monitor investment portfolios and performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve financial goals.

Cost Analysis and Profitability Improvement:


  • Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Work crossfunctionally to implement initiatives that enhance profitability and drive financial performance.

Financial Forecasting and Scenario Analysis:


  • Develop financial forecasts and conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of different business decisions and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on the results of scenario analysis.

Cash Management and Working Capital Optimization:

  • Manage cash flow to ensure the organization maintains optimal liquidity and working capital levels.
  • Implement strategies to minimize idle cash, optimize cash conversion cycles, and maximize return on investment.
