As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you play a crucial role in our ServiceNow practice. Your job involves providing expertise in all aspects of the ServiceNow platform and integrated technologies. Your main responsibility is to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' needs while following industry best practices. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure successful ServiceNow project deliveries. Team members must maintain necessary certifications for their expertise.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, developers, and analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Create detailed technical designs aligned with clients' needs and leverage ServiceNow platform capabilities effectively.
Technical Consultation: Advise clients and project teams on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices. Identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Implementation Support: Assist project managers and developers with ServiceNow solution implementation. Provide technical oversight to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional solutions.
Integration and Automation: Design and oversee integration with other systems to create seamless workflows and automate processes. Ensure data consistency and integrity.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize performance to enhance efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions. Identify and address bottlenecks.
Quality Assurance: Design quality assurance plans and ensure technical deliverables meet standards and best practices.
Resource Management: Ensure the right resources are working on projects. Identify talent gaps and propose solutions.
Project Management: Keep projects within scope and timeline. Communicate project status regularly to leadership.
Security and Compliance: Design security measures and ensure solutions adhere to best practices and compliance requirements.
Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation and share best practices within the team. Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements and industry trends.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and delivering quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

At least 8 years of technical skills experience, including workflow configuration and business rule development.
Minimum 1 year of experience implementing CIS Human Resources.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two other ServiceNow applications.
US Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance. Work must be performed in the US.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator in two or more additional mainline certifications.
