We are seeking a Warranty and Claims Management Specialist (m/f/d) to work for a manufacturing company in the mechanical engineering industry.

This position is long-term and offers the possibility of a permanent contract. The location in 85599 Parsdorf is easily accessible by public transportation as well as by car. Your responsibilities * Complete processing of repair orders * Recording of service and customer orders using SAP * Preparation of quotes including cost calculations * Creation of delivery notes * Invoicing and approval * Handling of claims (creating quality reports and delivery notes in SAP, evaluation of findings reports)
