- To set strategic priorities, assess customer needs to align unit/corporation business needs, and evaluate their impact on business processes
- Identify system requirements and develop plans for standard convergence
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures, review modules for quality assurance, ensure compliance with application architecture standards, and oversee unit testing for meeting specifications
- Design:
- Identify superior data sources and coordinate with Enterprise Architects to confirm feasibility with the corporate data warehouse
- Proactively analyze existing applications to pinpoint weaknesses and opportunities for enhancements
- Testing:
- Conduct installation, functional, and performance testing, maintenance, and customization of vendor-supplied software
- Deployment:
- Lead the creation of guidelines and standards for use in software development/integration
- Develop and execute implementation plans for integration testing working with testing teams
- Support:
- Offer technical guidance or expertise in business processes, technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members
- Help in developing training materials for end users
- Bachelor's degree, certification, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and certification
- U.S. citizenship mandatory for obtaining and retaining government security clearance
- Five or more years of experience in engineering, business, or program/project management
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead supporting projects
- Programming proficiency in major languages like Java, C#, Python
- PTC Windchill 11.0 or newer
- System Administration skills: Implementation, Upgrades, Rehost Maintenance & Database health check, and performance tuning
- Experience with Model-Based CAD software (Creo, Solidworks, etc.)
- Knowledge in Product Data Management (PDM)
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

The Senior Windchill Development Analyst will play a vital role in the Digital Product Realization Enterprise team. The goal is to acquire, manage, and link reliable digital models for seamless reuse across product lifecycle activities. The vision is a shift towards a part-focused, model-driven enterprise to enhance product quality and efficiency in product realization. The chosen candidate will have a significant impact on defining CAD standards and processes related to Model-Based Definition (MBD) design. Their expertise is key in configuring Windchill to effectively handle MBD and other Part Objects, like requirement documentation and inspection reports, in a Part-Centric approach. Responsibilities include implementing best practices and ensuring smooth integration of MBD design within the Windchill system.
