We are currently looking for consultants with a focus on fraud prevention in the credit industry in Myers Corner, NY.

Your role:

You are responsible for early detection of fraudulent applications and credit card fraud with the support of various systems.
You report all fraudulent transactions to Visa and Mastercard and refund fraudulent charges on card accounts.
You handle and resolve transaction disputes.
You process disputes related to chargebacks.
You review and respond to external security inquiries.
You handle individual telephone and nontelephone communication with customers.
You work with various customerrelated IT systems.
You actively contribute to improving and standardizing customer service processes.
You handle all administrative tasks as needed.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, you have some experience in telephone and written communication with customers, or you feel confident in this area.
