Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Plumbing Department. In this integral role, you'll oversee financial transactions with precision and punctuality, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Beyond managing accounts, you'll take charge of coordinating plumbing service calls and addressing client concerns promptly.


Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and issuing credit memos
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
• Efficiently schedule all plumbing service calls and track associated job costs and labor hours.
• Maintain consistent followup with clients regarding plumbing jobs, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or related position is preferred.
• Experience with administrative work
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Experience with account reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
