As we continue to grow, we are looking for you to join our team at Ernst Dello GmbH & Co.

KG in our headquarters in Hamburg-Eppendorf as a Warranty Claims Specialist (m/f/d).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Preparation and submission of warranty and goodwill claims for new vehicles, original and replacement parts of the respective brands to the corresponding manufacturer based on a correct assessment of the warranty work carried out
Tracking of claims
Invoice verification for warranty and goodwill cases
Compliance with internal and manufacturerspecific framework conditions and processes for creating warranty and goodwill invoices
Support of car dealerships to ensure efficient processes

Qualifications you should bring:

Completed commercial or technical training and at least 2 years of professional experience
Current and extensive brand and product knowledge of the DÜRKOP brands
You have technical understanding and can recognize the connections between diagnosis and its remedy
Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office knowledge
Independent and careful way of working
Strong communication skills as well as a high level of initiative and willingness to learn
