Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are seeking a part-time (30 hours) and permanent TECHNICIAN (SPECIALIZING IN CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY) (M/F/D) to join our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical supervision of maintenance measures in both building and civil engineering
Obtaining and evaluating offers and awarding contracts
Input/output of data and drawing in CAD software and GIS (Geographic Information System), tendering platform
Handling citizen concerns and inquiries
Preparation of decision proposals and monitoring of decision implementation.
