Job Description

BOSCH is currently seeking multiple Production Operators for their production facility in Lincolnton, NC. These are Direct Hire, and Full-Time with Excellent Pay and Benefits.

Operator rates start at $19.22/hr plus $1.50 applicable shift premium with progression up to $26.00hr plus shift premium.

Available shifts include:

2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm)
3rd Shift (10:30pm to 6:30am)

Job Requirements:

Operate production equipment and follow product and quality instructions, blueprints, diagrams, etc.
Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirements
Follow plant safety and environmental policies, and keep work areas clean and orderly
Perform and maintain accurate finished goods traceability
Escalate concerns for safety, material, technical, and quality issues
Make workstation adjustments, including tool and fixture changes, to facilitate product changeover, as required

Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship from Bosch

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old
at least 1 year manufacturing experience within the last 5 years
Stable work history
Available to work off shifts
Available to work overtime as required
Able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with leaders and co-workers
