**Job Description**
**BOSCH** is currently seeking multiple **Production Operators** for their production facility in **Lincolnton, NC.** These are **Direct Hire** , and **Full-Time** with **Excellent Pay and Benefits** .
**_Operator rates start at $19.22/hr plus $1.50 applicable shift premium with progression up to $26.00hr plus shift premium._**
**Available shifts include** :
+ 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm)
+ 3rd Shift (10:30pm to 6:30am)
**Job Requirements:**
+ Operate production equipment and follow product and quality instructions, blueprints, diagrams, etc.
+ Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirements
+ Follow plant safety and environmental policies, and keep work areas clean and orderly
+ Perform and maintain accurate finished goods traceability
+ Escalate concerns for safety, material, technical, and quality issues
+ Make workstation adjustments, including tool and fixture changes, to facilitate product changeover, as required
**Qualifications**
**Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship from Bosch**
**Qualifications:**
+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ at least 1 year manufacturing experience within the last 5 years
+ Stable work history
+ Available to work off shifts
+ Available to work overtime as required
+ Able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with leaders and co-workers
