We are currently looking for an Apprenticeship Recruiter for Refugees (AQ-Flü) (m/f/d) in the Lakewood Village region, initially on a temporary basis until [insert date].

The program for the integration of refugees into apprenticeships, funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, for Sport and Integration, is a central element for successful integration and is one of the core goals of Bavarian integration policy.

Your responsibilities:

  • Approaching and recruiting young people for apprenticeships in the skilled trades
  • Advising the target group, as well as their parents and relevant multipliers, on choosing a career in the skilled trades
  • Securing and placing internships, apprenticeships, and entry qualifications
  • Activities for recruiting new talent (e.g. career information fairs, school events)
  • Conducting selection interviews and aptitude tests with young people
  • Acquiring and managing apprenticeships and internships, and maintaining the apprenticeship exchange
  • Advising companies on opportunities, support, and funding options
  • Placing suitable applicants with companies and providing follow-up support to prevent apprenticeship dropouts
