- Provide quality health care services to medical group patients, through the supervision and education of IM residents in the RGH IM residency clinic.
- Serve as faculty for the residency program and, as appropriate, for undergraduate medical students.
- Engage in providing direct and supervised patient care on regularly scheduled basis including call coverage.
- Participate in quality assurance activities.
- Potential for leadership position available, depending on personal attributes and growth in the position.
- Comprehensive benefit package including but not limited to medical, dental, CME, relocation assistance and paid malpractice insurance.
- PAY RANGE $200, $250,000.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
