Perform deburring operations on machined parts using hand tools and equipment

Inspect parts for quality control and ensure they meet specifications

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Creates edge breaks and removes burrs per work instructions

Polishes machined edges and surfaces

Manual break of edges as required

Uses various tools and methods to check dimensions of completed deburr work

Participate in training as required

Executes duties as assigned by supervisor

Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead and bend to the floor

Previous experience in deburring or machining is preferred

Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in deburring operations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
