Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate parties.
Schedule appointments and maintain the dealership's calendar.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, employees, and management.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Uphold the dealership's standards and values at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented and organized.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
