Systems Analyst, Sales & Marketing

On-site - Full-time - Alpharetta, GA

Role Overview:

The position requires expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) along with proficiency in supporting Sales & Marketing systems. The Systems Analyst collaborates with departmental leaders to manage operational support and project tasks. Responsibilities encompass troubleshooting system issues, analyzing, and implementing changes while maintaining awareness of industry developments. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing Applications, the role involves overseeing technical activities pertinent to Sales & Marketing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining EDI transaction processes for data accuracy.
• Resolving EDI transaction issues related to Purchase Orders, Acknowledgements, Advanced Shipping Notices, and Invoices.
• Conducting analysis, designing, and implementing EDI enhancements.
• Supporting all EDI transactions including mapping and integration testing.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to document EDI requirements.
• Proficiency in JDE Order to Cash processes and the ability to work autonomously.
• Managing user access in compliance with SOD and SOX requirements.
• Generating quarterly SOD and SOX reports for internal audit.
• Reviewing user setups in the JDE ERP.
• Developing Salesforce apps using various technologies and performing admin tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system evaluation, analysis, or support.
• Experience with software implementation projects.
• Strong time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Competencies:

• Conducting needs analysis and eliciting requirements.
• Defining business cases and documenting processes.
• Flow and process diagramming.
• Problem-solving and test plan management.

Knowledge:

• Evaluating, selecting, and implementing IT systems.
• Understanding the platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange.
• Experience with JDE ERP processes, JDE security, and EDI processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience within the manufacturing and distribution industry is desirable.
