Clinton, WA is seeking a Junior Superintendent Dry Dock (f/m/d) to join our team. Our unit is dedicated to providing the highest safety, health, environmental, and compliance standards for cruising. We focus on effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore.

Our goal is to achieve net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, and we have established a new center of excellence to support this mission.

As a Junior Superintendent Dry Dock, you will support the preparation and execution of the Dry Dock season, with a focus on organizing and managing occupational health and safety activities.

You will also assist with planning, budgeting, and managing OHS standards and procedures. Additionally, you will participate in leading OHS processes during Dry Dock execution.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marine engineering, ship building, or ship operation.

A Master's degree is a plus.

You should also have at least one year of professional experience in ship handling or the shipyard business, as well as training in occupational health and safety.

Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
