Project Coordinator to our growing team. This position provides continued training and development to make sure you succeed to your fullest potential with a

Job Role
SSI's _Project Coordinator _is responsible for keeping the Residential Sales Department as efficient as possible by:

Schedule Sales Leads and Installation Jobs
Keeping all ongoing jobs uptodate and accurate
Processing all job information once installation is completed
Registering all new equipment to receive full warranty and make sure all rebates are submitted
Make sure job is paid in full
Including charging financing
Prepare job costing paperwork for sales manager
Scan and record all final documentation to make sure job is completed in full
Keeping outstanding permit list at a minimum
Assisting customers with any questions they have regarding their install
Keeping track of all monthly sales numbers to be turned in at the end of the month
Other administrative tasks as needed to help with efficiency of the sales department
