We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) at DBS Home for our Operations/Operations department to support us in operating our serviced apartments in the Hildesheim area.


Our hospitality agents are our employees who provide our apartments and guests with everything they need for a great stay.

The tasks are among the most diverse in the company and are perfect for those who enjoy being on the go.

During the training period, you will learn everything about short-term rentals and serviced apartments, as well as customer-oriented operation.

Previous knowledge in the field of serviced apartments/short-term rentals/hospitality is not required, but advantageous.


Your areas of responsibility:


  • Supplying our locations from our central warehouse with everything that is needed (bed linen, consumables)
  • Ensuring the daily operation of the assigned serviced apartments within DBS standards
  • Acceptance of apartments after cleaning and control of continuously high quality standards
  • Monthly monitoring of energy consumption
  • Minor maintenance work (e.g. changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, resetting WLAN, etc.)
  • Key handovers
  • Inventory control of consumables and laundry
  • Minor errands
  • Cooperation and commissioning of external craftsmen, attending appointments with craftsmen on site

Your starting salary as a hospitality agent - (m/f/d) full-time: 2,250€ gross monthly salary. Entry in part-time or on a mini-job basis is also possible by arrangement.
