Head of Accounting and Human Resources (m/f/d)

Finance and Personnel Management

Responsibilities

Professional, administrative, and operational coordination of teams in finance, personnel management, and company-wide process and quality management

Tasks

  • Leading and expanding an experienced team of approximately 20 employees and reporting directly to management and executive board
  • Ensuring proper bookkeeping and preparation of financial reports according to applicable standards, as well as compliance with tax and legal regulations
  • Managing human resources: providing employment contracts and salary forecasts, calculating performance bonuses and profit sharing
  • Administration of vacation schedules and time management (Sage HR tool)
  • Controlling key performance indicators and cost structures to identify trends for increasing profitability using the Business Intelligence tool QlikView
  • Managing contracts: insurance, damage reports, leasing agreements, purchase and rental contracts, etc.
  • Representing the company to external partners such as banks, insurance companies, auditors, tax authorities, and labor court
  • Supporting company-wide process optimization to increase efficiency and identify cost-saving potential in all business processes
