- Provide routine respiratory therapy including trach care, high flow heated humidification, and ventilator management.
- Ensure quality resident care meets standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
- Show flexibility in adapting to residents' changing needs.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by generating new ideas and fostering high performance.
- Must be licensed in Indiana as a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Hold current BLS CPR certification.
- Capable of extended periods of standing, bending, and heavy lifting.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
