We primarily utilize a manager-of-managers approach in managing the majority of our clients' assets, but also maintain an in-house multi-asset solutions team that manages certain client assets internally.

We offer clients a full suite of product offerings, including mutual funds, exchanged traded funds (ETFs), collective investment trusts (CITs) and model portfolio solutions.


  • Key Responsibilities_
  • Assist in the preparation of annual fund budgets and review for periodic adjustments
  • Calculate fund expenses and participate in fund invoicing process
  • Prepare and review monthly fund expense ratio analysis
  • Produce reporting and analysis for Harbor Funds/ETF Trust Board of Trustees
  • Participate in fund dividend distribution calculations and reporting
  • Assist in supporting valuation decisions when a security is not pricing
  • Reconcile fund transaction activity and draft accounting journal entries
  • Review of custodian accounting and reporting
  • Review of fund performance reporting
  • Participate in process improvement projects for utilization/implementation of new technologies
  • Additional responsibilities as position requires

  • Minimum Qualifications_

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited university
  • Basic understanding of financial instruments
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required_
  • High attention to the detail and quality of deliverables
  • Possess a selfmotivated work ethic
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to work on multiple responsibilities simultaneously
