    Our Ambassadors are essential in leading activities that reflect and uphold our core values of Courtesy, Service, Cleanliness, Safety, and Integrity. Anyone seeking an amazing Summer Internship Opportunity will join our Guest Services team to assist our Ambassadors in creating lifetime memories for our guests every day Our 14-week internship (May 17th to August 19th) will provide current college students the opportunity to work on a curated term project led by senior members of park leadership team, special learning opportunities about the business behind the fun, and the opportunity to gain hands on customer service skills. Interns will learn in a fast-paced operations environment, while learning to balance long term projects, and receive individual attention along the way.

    **How You'll Make A Difference:**

    Responsibilities

    Interns will work with our Guest Services Ambassadors two to three days a week in a variety of positions at Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun.

    Guest Services Interns will communicate with park patrons through a variety of mediums including face-to-face conversations, incoming phone calls, and digitally through a client resource management system.

    Interns will be responsible for providing a prospectus and complete a term presentation on an approved topic of their choosing.

    **We're Looking For:**

    Minimum Age: 18+

    Current Student in a 2-year or 4-year institution.

    + Upper-Classman in a relevant degree program preferred.

    Must be available four days a week between May 23rd and August 19th.

    Must be proficient in Microsoft.

    Ability to pass background check.

    Ability to pass mandatory or random drug-test.

    Valid drivers license.
