    Responsibilities

    • Interns will work with our Guest Services Ambassadors two to three days a week in a variety of positions at Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun.
    • Guest Services Interns will communicate with park patrons through a variety of mediums including face-to-face conversations, incoming phone calls, and digitally through a client resource management system.
    • Interns will be responsible for providing a prospectus and complete a term presentation on an approved topic of their choosing.

    We're Looking For:

    • Minimum Age: 18+
    • Current Student in a 2-year or 4-year institution.
    • Upper-Classman in a relevant degree program preferred.
    • Must be available four days a week between May 23rd and August 19th.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft.
    • Ability to pass background check.
    • Ability to pass mandatory or random drug-test.
    • Valid driver's license.

    Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
