- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology or Psychology required.
- Master's Degree and two (2) years community mental health experience preferred.
- Current driver's license and vehicle for use while at work.

Nights and Weekend Shift Differential Available. Salary $16.50 an hour.
This position serves as On-Call Worker for TCC's Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). To provide community based assessments and treatment in the form of crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. To advocate for least restrictive environment and coordination of services for those presenting with a mental health emergency in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center and the Texas Administrative Code. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.
