Description

Tom Bean is seeking a skilled worker to oversee the maintenance and operation of OTSAW Products, specifically Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor OTSAW Products on site to ensure smooth operations
Perform daily maintenance to ensure optimal performance of OTSAW Products
Address Tier 1 technical issues, including product operation issues, through on-site support
Service OTSAW Products, from basic assessment to maintenance and testing
Assist the Robotics Field Operations Team with any related tasks as needed
Provide feedback and ideas to the Robotics Field Engineer (Site IC) to improve work quality and procedures
Collaborate closely with the Robotics Field Engineer (Site IC) to achieve team objectives

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
Relevant certificate or license is a plus
Knowledge and experience with AMR and AGV is a plus
Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical hardware troubleshooting and repair
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical prints and technical documentation
Familiarity with equipment, tools, and components used in the industry
