Build your career with IU Health We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Coordinator to join the Organizational Culture team at our Lafayette location on a hybrid schedule.

The project coordinator will support and coordinate various recognition and cultural endeavors within the West Central Region of IU Health.

Facilitate strategic initiatives and projects hands-on, while also playing a pivotal role in organizing large-scale employee events to honor achievements, highlight outstanding work and build connections.

Collaborate seamlessly with multiple departments, such as Human Resources, Communications, and operational leaders, to ensure the smooth execution of joint projects and coordinated efforts.

Collaborate with senior leadership to craft company communications that inform, engage and reflect our cultural values.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
Requires 03 years of relevant experience.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools.
Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required.
