State Building Management Lower Saxony

The State Building Management Region North-West is one of seven state construction offices in Lower Saxony and is responsible for carrying out construction projects for the state and federal government. With around 360 employees, we oversee more than 5,500 buildings in western Lower Saxony - from the regions of Grafschaft Bad Bentheim and Osnabrück in the south to the North Sea.

Your tasks:

Processing demanding construction projects in properties of the state and federal government
Project work/management for new, conversion and expansion construction projects as well as for construction maintenance measures
Management and supervision of freelance architecture and engineering offices
Preparation of construction-related advice and opinions
Planning, tendering, construction management and settlement of construction services in accordance with LP 1-9 HOAI
Quality, deadline and cost control

Our requirements:

(Technical) university degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification; applications are also welcome from state-certified technicians in the field of electrical engineering; civil servants must also have the qualification for a career in the 2nd career group, 1st entry level (technical services)
Engineers: Professional experience in phases 1-
