  • You support and advise our customers in all matters
  • You bring a smile to the customer's face with every interaction and use your creativity
  • You contribute with a lot of initiative to your work and make suggestions for improving internal processes
  • You are the interface between all departments of JUNIQE

ABOUT YOU

  • You are funny, creative, and have initiative
  • You ideally have a completed degree/education or previous work experience in customer service
  • You work solutionoriented and like to think outside the box
  • You can work customeroriented even under stress and adapt quickly to different situations
  • You always remain friendly and manage to empathize with every customer
  • You are a team player
  • Your German language skills are excellent
  • Our office language is English, so very good English skills are a big plus

HOW WE WORK


Our light-filled office is located in a renovated factory building on the border between Mitte and Kreuzberg, just a stone's throw from the Spree and the Markthalle Neun.

As for working, we currently follow a hybrid model, a combination of in-office and home office.
