Key Responsibilities

  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
  • Coordinate crew and job scheduling
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge utilizing Excel (Calculations, Formulas and Pivot Tables) is a Plus
  • QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online experience is a Plus
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment.

Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
